The success of this build lay in our ability to navigate complex site constraints. With restricted access to the rear of the property, our team developed a "strategic reverse" construction schedule. To do this, we completed the entire rear garden landscaping and the garden annexe before the main house footprint was established.
By finalising the rear of the plot first, we ensured that the outdoor living spaces and secondary buildings were finished to an exacting standard without the risk of heavy machinery damaging the main building later on.
