This project in the heart of the county redefines the modern country estate. Using traditional coursed stone masonry, this project created a space for sophisticated contemporary living.

Architectural Integrity & Craftsmanship:

The exterior features local stone to ensure the property feels rooted in its Sudbrook surroundings and each block was selected to ensure a timeless, classic look. To create this, we also incorporated intricate stone detailing around the window surrounds, quoins, and gables.

Collaborative Interior Design

We collaborated with the client’s interior designer from an early stage to ensure that the exterior of the home blended with the interior feel. This ensured that the architectural bones of the house, such as the vaulted ceilings and expansive galleries, complemented the custom lighting schemes and bespoke finishes throughout the interior.

This project included the construction of a hand-made kitchen designed to the client’s exacting specifications. Each cabinet was bend-built using traditional joinery techniques and finished with premium hardware and integrated appliances.

The client required a professional-grade home gym to be incorporated into their space. We created a space that is both visually appealing while also incorporating modern conveniences such as climate control, reinforced flooring, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that brings the outdoors in.

From the hand-turned balustrades to the precision of the floor tiling, we ensured the small details combined with the construction of the space culminated in a spacious home that maintains a welcoming, personal charm.

Builder's Note:

"This project represents the pinnacle of our building standards. It’s a testament to what can be achieved when traditional craftsmanship meets a clear, uncompromising vision."
