Situated in the charming village of Ingham, this project involved a full-scale renovation and ambitious extension of a traditional family residence.

By rethinking the existing structure and extending the living boundaries, we created a home that prioritises both flow and private luxury.

Structural Innovation:

The standout feature of this build was the radical reconfiguration of the existing garage. Rather than a simple conversion, we removed the original roof and raised the wallplate to create the necessary height for a superior second storey.

We also created space by installing high-specification attic trusses, transforming a utility space into a sprawling master suite. This new wing now boasts a dedicated dressing room and a high-end en-suite, providing the homeowners with a private sanctuary away from the main hub of the house.

The Heart of the Home:

To complement the upper-floor gains, we constructed a large-scale extension to the ground floor to create a vast, open-plan family area designed for modern living. The space is filled with natural light and provides a seamless transition between cooking, dining, and relaxing.

Elevated Living:

This luxury continues throughout the rest of the home, including the addition of an en-suite to the second floor. This conversion also includes a second large bedroom suite, making the property ideal for multi-generational living or high-end guest accommodation.

The Result:

The Ingham project is a masterclass in maximising a property’s potential. Through clever structural engineering and a commitment to a full-home renovation, we have turned a standard layout into a sophisticated, multi-suite manor.
