Located in the heart of the picturesque Lincolnshire village of North Scarle, this project involved the construction of a substantial two-storey extension to a traditional family home

Our goal was to significantly increase the property's footprint while ensuring the new structure sat in perfect harmony with the local area.

Exterior Excellence

Coursed limestone and a traditional pantile roof were chosen to allow a seamless blend with the pre-existing structure. The exterior of the home is defined by a striking stone pillar entranceway that blends with the traditional finishings of the interior which was finished to an exacting, high-end specification. It is these bespoke interior details that truly define the home.

Luxury Refined Internally

We maximised space by installing a custom-designed wine cellar tucked neatly beneath the main staircase. The finishes were carefully selected to ensure that each element incorporated a sophisticated, contemporary style.

An Outdoor Oasis

The project then extended to the exterior, where we created a spacious outdoor entertainment area featuring an outdoor kitchen, fully equipped for alfresco entertaining and a leisure sweet. This included a swimming pool framed by a modern patio, creating an area designed for outdoor living.

The Result:

This North Scarle residence is a striking example of how a large-scale extension can enhance a property’s character rather than overwhelm it. Balancing traditional Lincolnshire stonework with modern lifestyle luxuries, the extension and outdoor facilities provide a modern living experience in a home that maintains its traditional charm.
