The Challenge - Seamless Integration:

The primary goal was to double the home’s functionality and footprint without losing the aesthetic integrity of the original structure. This required a blend of heavy structural engineering and delicate artisanal finishes.

To begin this process, we stripped the existing house to its core, modernizing every internal element from the floor joists to the roofline. To ensure an identical match to the historic Lincolnshire limestone, our masons hand-dressed the stone on-site. This traditional approach ensured that the new extensions and the original building appear as one continuous, timeless structure.

The project also included a grand new porch to redefine the home’s entrance and a large detached garage, both constructed using the same hand-finished stone techniques.
