Understanding that our clients wished to remain on-site, we developed a phased construction footprint. This allowed for the owner's daily life to continue uninterrupted in one wing of the home while we executed a total transformation in the other.

To do this, we established strict dust-mitigation zones and temporary utility setups to ensure the living area remained a sanctuary. Upon completion of the first half of the project, we facilitated the client’s transition into their new space. We achieved a mirror of the high-specification finish in the second half, ensuring that the final home felt like a single, cohesive masterpiece rather than two separate builds.
